Catamanager is the generic name for a group of programs to assist the management of cat shows. All versions are capable of 9999 classes! Numbering of classes is automatic. Microsoft Word 2000+ is required.

A database is maintained for the Schedule and built into this are requirement tests for sex and age. It is possible to use facilities to calculate entry fees +/or passes and catalogues which are shown on Vet envelopes. From this database various reports can be produced including

Check listing
Judges class allocation
Schedule output to Word A4 or A5 ready for you to tidy up and add rules/regs adverts etc etc
Judges for next year

The main screen shows not only the exhibitor's details but also their exhibits and any entries at the show

When entries have been taken listings can be produced (between given dates if wished) to enable checking by another pair or eyes of the data entered.

When entries have been closed many more prints are available:

Awards board
Best of Breed Chart
Catalogue A4 or A5
Judges entries loading and class check list
Labels 16/21 per sheet
Members entries - all classes or open only

Because of the necessity of using specially perforated paper, judges books are produced by us at low cost

Catamin handles any number of shows with a maximum of 120 exhibitors but does include the ability to print judges books because some small shows can cope with hand perforation. There is an initial purchase price and then a small annual licence fee

Catadata is for large shows (maximum 9999 exhibitors) and is supplied on single licence.
